Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for students, ensuring a high standard of teaching across the curriculum
Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement
Monitor and support student progress through regular assessments and feedback
Collaborate with other staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Attend staff meetings and contribute to the school's professional development initiatives
Uphold the school's ethos and contribute to a positive school culture
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at the relevant key stage
A passion for education and improving student outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to creating a nurturing, supportive environment for students to thrive
Able to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
