This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a role that combines creativity, collaboration, and impact.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Creating and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Supporting pupils to develop literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills
* Creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment
* Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on pupil progress
* Leading and supporting a classroom team, including Teaching Assistants

About You
We're looking for a committed and compassionate teacher who has:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent - essential)
* Experience working in a SEN, Primary, or Early Years setting
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and child development
* The ability to differentiate teaching for a wide range of abilities and needs
* Effective behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach
* A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
* Passion for working with children with complex needs such as Autism, SLD, or PMLD
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of something special - shaping a new school community from the ground up and having a lasting impact on children who need it most.
Why Apply?
* Be part of a supportive, passionate, and values-driven team
* Access ongoing professional development and training
* Work in a school that prioritises wellbeing, creativity, and inclusion
* Make a real difference in a role that goes beyond the classroom
