Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects, with opportunities to cover your own specialism.
Ensuring students remain engaged and focused while maintaining high standards of behaviour.
Supporting students in their learning and providing assistance where needed.
Following lesson plans and ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences.
Collaborating with school staff to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential.
Specialist Knowledge: Ability to cover lessons in your specialist subject area, with opportunities to cover other subjects as needed.
Classroom Management: Strong ability to manage student behaviour and create a productive learning environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work across different schools and cover a variety of subjects and year groups.
Adaptability: Comfortable stepping into a classroom with minimal preparation and providing quality teaching.
