About the Opportunity:

Your Role:
* Deliver Inspiring Science Lessons: Teach engaging and effective lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Assess and Track Student Progress: Regularly assess students' work and progress, providing clear and constructive feedback to guide their learning.
* Lesson Planning & Curriculum Delivery: Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for exams and assessments.
* Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive academically and socially.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work with the Science department and other teaching staff to develop cross-curricular initiatives and enhance the overall school experience.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold QTS and have experience teaching science at secondary school level (Key Stage 3 & 4).
* Strong Knowledge of Science: A solid understanding and passion for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
* Engagement & Passion for Teaching: A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a commitment to inspiring students to engage with the subject.
* Classroom Management: Proven ability to create a respectful, engaging, and focused classroom environment.
