Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring all students make progress.

The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a proven track record of success in primary education.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3) or a genuine passion for working with this age group.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to adapt it to suit the needs of the students.
Excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
A positive and patient attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
