Hours: 8.30am - 4pm approximately
Salary: £19,500 - £22,500

Perhaps you have SEN Teaching Assistant experience?
Psychology Teaching Assistant - responsibilities
As a Psychology Teaching Assistant, you will work on a 1:1 basis with primary pupils who have learning difficulties such as autism, dyslexia and/or ADHD.
Your role will involve:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students in the classroom - mainly English and Maths support.
* Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
* Supporting pupils with emotional difficulties.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborating with external practitioners to support pupils in their therapy sessions.
* Encouraging independence and confidence in students.
Psychology Teaching Assistant - the school:

* Supportive of graduates wishing to train as teachers
* Close-knit LSA team
Psychology Teaching Assistant - requirements:
* A 2:1 or above from a top UK university - Psychology graduates are desirable
* Experience working with young people in either a formal or informal setting
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive personality and eager to learn
* A good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions - potential is key
* Aspiring teacher or Educational Psychologist
