Psychology Teacher - Hazel Grove - STOCKPORTLocation: Hazel Grove (Stockport fringe)
Role: Psychology Teacher (Full-time, permanent)
Salary: Paid to scale
Start Date: January
Role Overview:
A secondary school in the Hazel Grove area is recruiting a Psychology Teacher to deliver lessons from KS3 through to KS5. You'll be part of a forward-looking department with the goal of fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and rigorous academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging Psychology classes across Key Stages.
- Prepare students for A-level examinations.
- Track student progress, offer feedback, and plan interventions where needed.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Psychology.
- Experience teaching at GCSE and A-Level is advantageous.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and stretch students.
