Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term Time Only

About the Role
Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Primary Teaching Assistants to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in schools throughout Northamptonshire. Whether you're seeking flexible daily supply or a full-time position, we have a variety of rewarding opportunities available.
You'll support pupils' learning, help manage classroom behaviour, and contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
Support pupils in class with learning and development
Deliver targeted interventions or small group work under the teacher's direction
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
Support pupils with additional needs when required
Requirements
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
A friendly, patient and proactive approach
Good literacy and numeracy skills
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one through Aspire People)
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
Availability between 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only
