Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team and work within some of our Ofsted "Outstanding" primary schools across Leicester and the surrounding areas.

🌈 The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons
Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
Promote positive learning experiences and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment
Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and general support throughout the school day
💡 About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing
Confident, reliable, and adaptable to different school settings
Experienced working with primary-aged pupils (school-based or similar experience preferred)
Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
