About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher working through Aspire People, you will:
* Deliver exciting, inclusive lessons that motivate and engage pupils
* Adapt teaching styles to support a variety of learning needs and levels
* Work effectively with teaching assistants and support staff in class
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, respectful environment
* Mark and assess in line with school policies (long-term roles)
* Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
* We are currently recruiting for both short-term/day-to-day supply and long-term placements in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings.
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Recent experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
- Strong classroom management and planning skills
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to teaching
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Excellent knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum
