We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and qualified Primary French Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Twickenham from January 2026, or sooner! This part-time role is ideal for a dedicated educator with a love of language teaching who wants to inspire young learners to develop their French language skills and cultural understanding.

About the Role:
As a French Teacher at this primary school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate French lessons that encourage curiosity and a love of languages. You will work collaboratively with the school leadership team and classroom teachers to integrate French across the curriculum, ensuring all pupils are supported and motivated to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality French lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils.

Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that promotes enthusiasm for language learning.

Use assessment and observation to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support cross-curricular language learning.

Participate in school activities, events, and enrichment programs to promote language and cultural awareness.

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support learning both at school and home.

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching French to primary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.

Strong passion for languages and an engaging teaching style.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.

Commitment to professional development and contributing positively to school life.
