Job description
Aspire People is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Hackney, East London. We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their dynamic team from September. This full-time role is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators looking to make a real impact in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
* Foster a love of learning through a child-centred, inclusive approach
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining clear and constructive feedback in line with school policies
* Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils, including those with SEN or EAL
* Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
* Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold the school's values and high expectations
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development
* Enthusiastic, reflective, and resilient teaching style with excellent classroom management skills
* Passionate about inclusion and committed to supporting all learners
* Dedicated to safeguarding and the well-being of every child
