✔ Experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)
✔ Knowledge of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum (desirable but not essential)
✔ Ability to support learning and build positive relationships
✔ A caring and patient approach
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupil development
