The Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, fully qualified primary teachers to join our day-to-day supply team covering schools in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield. This flexible role is perfect for teachers who love variety and want to focus on what they do best-teaching!
Whether you're an Early Years expert, a Key Stage 1 star, or a Key Stage 2 champion, we have opportunities that suit your strengths. From one-off cover to regular bookings, your days will be shaped by school needs and your availability.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons in a variety of friendly and welcoming schools.
Creating a positive, engaging learning environment for pupils.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Adapting quickly to new settings and teams with professionalism and a smile.
Supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing, and development.
What We're Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential.
Recent classroom experience in a UK primary school.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Aspire People).
A positive attitude, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
