Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant -About the School:

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant -Key Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 in delivering engaging lessons
* Provide targeted support to pupils, including one-to-one and small group interventions
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
* Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with additional learning needs and liaise with SEN staff where appropriate
* Contribute to school life, including events, trips, and extracurricular activities
Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant -Requirements:
* A degree in any subject (minimum 2:1 classification is required)
* A genuine interest in primary education and child development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
* Previous experience working with children (in a school, club, or voluntary setting) is desirable but not essential
