Position: Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities
* Assist class teachers across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Provide tailored support to pupils, including one-to-one and small group interventions
* Help prepare teaching resources, displays, and classroom activities
* Support the management of behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Work with pupils with additional needs in collaboration with SEN staff
* Participate in school trips, extracurricular activities, and whole-school events
Candidate Requirements
* A degree in any subject (minimum 2:1 classification preferred)
* A passion for primary education and a genuine interest in working with children
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
* Previous experience working with children (e.g., in schools, tutoring, clubs, or voluntary work) is advantageous but not essential
