Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

A thriving primary school in Brent is looking for a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

The Role
* Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
* Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention's to boost progress in core subjects
* Provide classroom support, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom management
* Support pupils with additional needs (including SEN and EAL)
* Contribute to wider school life, including clubs, enrichment, and events
What We're Looking For
* A 2:1 or above degree (education, English, maths, science or related fields preferred)
* Strong interest in primary teaching and child development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, flexible and positive approach
* Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, volunteering, mentoring) is desirable
