About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term teaching position with planning and marking responsibilities. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging, creative lessons that capture the imagination of your students, ensuring they develop a love for learning from the start.
- Planning and marking work in line with school policies, providing detailed and constructive feedback to help students thrive.
- Differentiating lessons to ensure every child, regardless of ability, is supported and challenged appropriately.
- Building strong relationships with your students, parents, and colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, setting clear learning objectives, and tracking development in line with school expectations.

Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching KS1 - You know how to bring the curriculum to life in a fun and engaging way.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring and nurturing the next generation of learners.
- Strong classroom management skills - You know how to maintain a positive, calm, and focused learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills - You connect well with students, colleagues, and parents, creating a collaborative, positive atmosphere.
- A commitment to student progress - You are proactive in tracking and supporting each child's development.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
- A passion for extracurricular activities that help broaden the learning experience.
