Job Title: PPA Teacher 3 days per weekLocation: Edgbaston

Josh of Aspire People is seeking a dynamic and dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join a passionate team at a delightful, whimsical and high achieving school in Ladywood.
This position provides a unique opportunity for a qualified and experienced educator to contribute to the academic and personal development of our students.
You will be required to work every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning: With this position no planning is required, but you must be willing to align with the national curriculum, ensuring a varied and stimulating learning environment.
2. Preparation: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, preparing materials and resources to enhance the learning experience for all students.
3. Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth and development.
4. Cover Lessons: Deliver effective cover lessons in various subjects across different year groups, maintaining continuity in the absence of the regular class teacher.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff members to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the school community.
6. Communication: Establish and maintain positive communication with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
