Job description
Aspire are seeking a dedicated and experienced PMLD Teacher's with in the Dudley area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with profound and multiple learning disabilities, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of students with PMLD.
* Create and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
* Collaborate with other special education professionals and support staff.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Utilize assistive technology and adaptive resources to enhance learning outcomes.
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
Qualifications:
* QTS.
* Proven experience working with students with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
* Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and assistive technology.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:
* Clear background check and necessary certifications.
* Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
