What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils' learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting teachers in delivering creative, engaging lessons
- Boosting confidence, independence, and progress
- Helping to prepare fun and interactive classroom resources
- Encouraging positive behaviour and communication
- Contributing to a caring, inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Experienced with children (preferably in a school or care setting)
- Patient, positive, and genuinely passionate about education
- A great communicator and team player
- Adaptable, reliable, and proactive
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it - desirable)
