Occupational Therapist - Join Our Team in Kings Norton (B38)Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a difference? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team in Kings Norton, B38!
About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals regain their independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. You'll work with a variety of clients, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their specific needs, whether at home, in the community, or in care settings.
Responsibilities:
Assess clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide one-on-one therapy and rehabilitation sessions
Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
Educate clients and their families about techniques to improve independence
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy plans and progress
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
