About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a highly skilled and enthusiastic early years team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, child-centered lessons that encourage development across all areas of learning. You will foster a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel confident, safe, and eager to learn.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences for children in the nursery setting.
* Observing and assessing children's progress and development, tailoring activities to meet individual needs.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating and supportive environment.
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and carers to ensure children's needs are met.
* Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early years qualification.
* Experience teaching within an early years setting (Nursery, Reception, or Key Stage 1).
* A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best start for young learners.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* A proactive, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
