Part-Time Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or 3 Qualified
Location: Tipton, West Midlands
Hours: Part-Time (Flexible hours available)
Contract: Permanent / Long-Term
Salary: £13.86- £16 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Setting: Friendly, welcoming nursery in the heart of Tipton
Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic childcare professional looking for a new opportunity in a lovely nursery in Tipton? We are currently seeking Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.
Whether you're experienced or newly qualified, if you have a passion for early years education and want to work in a supportive, caring environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5
Planning and delivering engaging activities following the EYFS framework
Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Supporting children's daily routines including meals, sleep, and toileting
Observing and recording children's progress and achievements
Requirements:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ)
Recent experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred but not essential)
A caring, friendly, and positive attitude
Sound understanding of child development and safeguarding
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
