Aspire People are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming and dedicated team at a nursery in Acocks Green, starting in January.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You'll help to create a positive atmosphere where children can thrive, develop new skills, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care and support for children aged 0-5 years
Create and deliver engaging activities that support children's development
Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support children with their learning and personal development
Keep accurate records of children's progress and well-being
What We're Looking For:
Relevant qualification in Childcare (Level 2 or Level 3)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
