Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Stirchley
Aspire People are working with a well-established Nursery in Stirchley who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to inspire staff, nurture children, and play a key role in the continued success of the setting.
⭐ What the Role Involves
As a Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead, manage, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports every child's development.
Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
Oversee day-to-day nursery operations, including staff scheduling, budgets, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
Act as a mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Promote the ethos and values of The Old Station Nursery, embedding them in daily practice.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the nursery.
Confidently lead inspections, ensuring compliance with the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
⭐ What We're Looking For
A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for shaping brighter futures.
