Your duties will encompass:
Providing tailored assistance to students to ensure their full engagement with the curriculum.
Collaborating closely with teachers and specialists to craft and execute Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Customizing learning materials and resources to suit the unique needs of individual students.
Monitoring student progress and behaviour and offering constructive feedback to both the educational team and parents.
Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere where every student feels valued and respected.

Previous experience working with children who have special educational needs.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students and colleagues.
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students' learning and growth.
