Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the M7 area of Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated TA to support pupils' learning and progress across the classroom.As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will assist the class teacher in delivering lessons, supporting small groups, and helping children achieve their full potential. About the Role
This Level 3 Teaching Assistant role includes:
Supporting learning in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher
Leading small group interventions or one-to-one support for pupils
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Helping with lesson preparation, resources, and marking
Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support pupil progress
About You
We're looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who:
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
Has proven experience supporting pupils in Key Stages 1 or 2
Can manage behaviour effectively and maintain a calm, structured environment
Is reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning
Has (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
