Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Permanent

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Autism and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We're currently working to support a specialist school in the Telford area that is looking to appoint Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis.
The Role:
- Support pupils with ASD and SEMH on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and differentiating tasks to support learners.
- Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
- Help implement individual EHCPs and contribute to pupils' personal and academic progress.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, or similar SEN.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach.
- A team player who is confident, resilient, and patient.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
