🌟 Job Opportunity: Level 3 Teaching Assistant - SEN Provision (EYFS) 🌟Location:A Primary school in Solihull
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Solihull who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated SEN provision team.
This rewarding role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and have experience or a strong interest in working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
🌈 Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, and complex needs in a nurturing, structured environment
Provide personal care when required
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating setting to help children thrive
Promote positive behaviour and engagement through patience and consistency
✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in EYFS or a willingness to specialise in early years
Previous experience supporting children with SEND, especially ASD and ADHD
A caring, proactive, and resilient nature
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, and offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most.
