Aspire People are working on behalf of a popular and welcoming Nursery in Bedfordshire that is seeking a confident and nurturing Childcare Practitioner to join their dedicated team as a room lead. This setting is a hidden gem in the outskirts of Bedfordshire with a GOOD Ofsted rating. Children are encouraged to express themselves through a range of activities and the muckier the better! A successful candidate will need to be someone who can roll up their sleeves and enjoy watching young minds grow and learn more about the world around them.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for candidates who are:
Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner
Have access to own transport (due to location of the setting)
Proactive, outgoing and able to work flexibly as part of a team
Committed to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of children
Willing to engage in ongoing training and professional development
Previous experience within a nursery setting
Previous experience leading a room in an early years setting (desirable)
