A warm and welcoming rural primary school near Oswestry is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in a nurturing environment, where the school's small size and close-knit community create a truly supportive setting for both staff and pupils.

We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)

Proven experience working in a classroom setting, ideally in a primary school

A caring and adaptable approach to supporting pupils of all abilities

A team player with great communication skills

A genuine interest in helping children thrive in a rural school environment
