Job description
Are you a qualified TA living in the St Neots? Aspire People are looking to employ a Level 2 TA to work with a school in St Neots who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is capable of working collaboratively with the teacher. This is to cover in a Special needs Secondary School (SEMH) on a supply basis, with the possibility of a permanent position. We are looking for flexible educators, who can use their initiative to transfer their skills across all key stage.
Responsibilities:
* Assist students in day-to-day lessons, providing individualized support.
* Create a supportive structure within young people's lives.
* Contribute to maintaining a high staff to student ratio.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Level 2 Teaching assistant qualification
* Previous experience working with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Ability to create a supportive structure for students.
* Outgoing and ready to rise to any challenge.
