Job description
Are you looking for your next rewarding position? Do you have a passion for working with SEN?I am currently recruiting for an experienced support worker to assist a year 2 pupil with global delay. This role is full time and is to run until the end of the academic year. During this role you will be expected to work alongside the class Teacher whilst supporting a pupil with Global Delay. You will also be expected to work and communicate in partnership with other professionals such as the school SENCO, parents and the pupil's doctors. You must be comfortable mentoring children with moderate and severe needs and have a calming approach to build a positive relationship with the child to enable you support them to meet their education targets.
This school has been a client of ours for 6 years and the previous candidates we have placed there have all commented on how supportive the leadership team is. The school have also converted long term candidates on to permanent roles in the past should a position be available.
To be considered for the role you must have experience working within schools, relevant qualifications to work within schools and relevant SEN experience.
