Full-Time | Long-Term Role
Aspire People is currently seeking a Graduate Learning Mentor to support a vibrant and welcoming Leeds Secondary School from September 2025. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience, or aspiring teachers who wish to work in a secondary school before pursuing their teacher training.
The Role:
* Support KS3 and KS4 classes in English.
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment.
* Cover lessons as and when required.
* A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants.
* Full-time position, with the potential to become a long-term post for the right candidate.
You will need:
* A degree in English related subject
* Recent, relevant experience working in English
* Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups.
* A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.
