Job description
Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant who wants to make a difference ?I am currently recruiting on behalf of an Independent Specialist School for 11- 16 year old's based in North Warwickshire, they are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with child with challenging behaviour . This role will start from September 2020 and will be ongoing. 5 days per week.
As a SEN teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in the child's development. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who has, sensitivity and understanding. Also can be patient and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and able to support the child with additional needs and support challenging behaviour.

Candidates will be required to have the following:
* At least 6 months experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour
* Knowledge of KS3 & KS4 curriculums
* Good oral, written and numeracy skills
* The ability to enthuse and inspire children
* A commitment to improving outcomes for all children
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to go that extra mile
