KS3 Teaching AssistantLocation: Barnet
Start date: September 2025
Hours: 8.15am - 4pm approximately
Salary: £20,500 - £27,500

Aspire People are working with an exceptional secondary school in Barnet who are seeking an excellent KS3 Teaching Assistant to start with them in September.
KS3 Teaching Assistant - the school:

KS3 Teaching Assistant - key responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group classroom support to a range of abilities
* Deliver targeted interventions across English and SEN
* Assist KS3 students with exam preparation and homework
* Help students develop effective study strategies and improve their organisation skills
* Build strong relationships with students to offer guidance and encouragement
* Work closely with teachers to monitor and track students' progress
* Support students in developing their confidence and motivation to succeed
KS3 Teaching Assistant - requirements:
* 2:1 or above in a core subject from a top UK university
* Previous tutoring experience is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliability, motivation and enthusiasm for learning
* Receptive to feedback and coaching
* Enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable
