Job description
Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next role? We're working with a mainstream primary school in the Stoke area to find a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support children's academic and personal development in a nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Support Key Stage 2 pupils with their learning and development.
- Provide pastoral care to help with emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons.
- Promote positive behaviour and create a supportive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in KS2.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A proactive and caring approach to supporting children's learning.
- Qualification in teaching support (Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred.
