Assist with the monitoring and recording of student progress.

Support the teacher with classroom displays, administrative tasks, and maintaining resources.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally in Key Stage 2.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.

Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and the ability to support children across a range of subjects.

Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage.

A passion for helping children achieve their best and reach their full potential.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What Aspire People Offer:

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

Ongoing support and professional development opportunities.

A welcoming and collaborative working environment.

The chance to work with a passionate and supportive team.

Potential for long-term or permanent employment after the initial contract.

Flexibility in working hours with the option of further opportunities in other schools.
