Job description
Aspire People is looking for experienced KS2 supply teachers to join our expanding pool of staff for the September 2025 term in Hinckley and the surrounding areas. We have multiple roles available, and we're eager to connect with qualified professionals who are confident, flexible, and ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.If you are seeking full-time consistency or part-time flexibility, this is a great opportunity to work with schools that value strong teaching and dependable supply staff.
🔎 What We're Looking For:
A minimum of two years' experience working in Key Stage 2
Confident behaviour management and classroom leadership
Clear knowledge of safeguarding procedures and responsibilities
A friendly, approachable personality with a professional attitude
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to new school environments
✅ Requirements:
📜 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential
🔐 Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
🛡️ Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willing to complete training before starting)
