The Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment aligned with the school's core values.
- Apply adaptive teaching strategies to ensure all children, including those with SEND or high prior attainment, make excellent progress.
- Foster a lifelong love of learning and encourage curiosity and independence.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support effective learning and wellbeing.
- Actively contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher with QTS and a strong track record (or potential) of delivering high-quality teaching in Key Stage 2.
- A reflective practitioner who is creative, caring, and committed to continuous professional development.
- An excellent communicator with a collaborative approach and a passion for education.
