Job description
We are partnering with several well-established primary schools seeking skilled KS1 Teaching Assistants to support learning across Year 1 and Year 2. These roles are ideal for professionals who understand the importance of early primary development, phonics support, and structured classroom routines.We offer both flexible supply roles and long-term placements that may lead to permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Support KS1 class teaching and learning activities
* Deliver targeted small-group or 1:1 support

* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents
* Support safeguarding and statutory responsibilities
Candidate Profile
We are seeking KS1 TAs who:
* Have strong classroom support experience within a primary setting
* Understand the KS1 curriculum and phonics approaches
* Are organised, proactive and able to follow clear direction
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff and families
* Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and reliability
