Job description
Aspire People is currently seeking qualified and experienced KS1 supply teachers to join our expanding team in Rugby and surrounding areas. We are recruiting for multiple positions and are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who are flexible, enthusiastic, and confident in their teaching practice.This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy variety in their role, want to work in different school settings, and value a strong support network. What We're Looking For:
Minimum of two years' experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Demonstrated ability in behaviour management and classroom control
Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
A friendly and approachable personality with a professional outlook
Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to new environments quickly
Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) THIS IS ESSENTIAL
✅ Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete one prior to placement)
