Job description
Aspire People is expanding its pool of dedicated KS1 supply teachers for schools across Coventry, ready for placements beginning in September 2025. With multiple vacancies available, we're keen to register enthusiastic, experienced teachers who can step into a variety of classrooms with confidence.If you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time role, we welcome your application. We're particularly interested in those who bring a warm, approachable personality and can maintain high standards in early learning environments.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years' experience working within Key Stage 1
Experience with phonics schemes and early years assessment
Strong behaviour management and classroom control
Solid understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection
A personable, reliable, and professional approach to teaching
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Recent safeguarding training, or willingness to complete one before placement
