Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £120 - £180 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 teacher based in or near Northampton? Aspire People is working closely with a number of welcoming and well-resourced primary schools across the area who are looking for experienced and enthusiastic KS1 teachers for long-term roles starting this September.

The Role:
Teaching a Year 1 or Year 2 class in a supportive and collaborative school
Delivering the national curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm
Supporting children's progress and development through engaging learning
Collaborating with other staff and parents to provide a positive school experience
What We're Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Recent experience teaching in a UK KS1 classroom
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A genuine passion for early years and primary education
