Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £120 - £180 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025 (or ASAP)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 teacher based in or near Kettering? Aspire People is working in partnership with a number of fantastic primary schools in the area, and we're looking for committed KS1 teachers for long-term roles starting this September.
Whether you're an ECT ready to begin your teaching journey or an experienced teacher seeking a new environment, we want to hear from you!
💼 The Role:
Teaching a Year 1 or Year 2 class within a supportive and well-resourced school
Delivering engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil progress
✅ What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Recent and relevant experience teaching in KS1
Strong behaviour management and a nurturing approach
A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
