Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to Key Stage 1 students.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Follow school policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to students and support their academic progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to promote student success.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching KS1.
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week for day-to-day supply assignments.
Ability to adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and a commitment to student development.
Comfortable working through an agency, specifically Aspire People.
