We are a beautiful, welcoming rural school nestled in the heart of South Shropshire, dedicated to providing a happy and enriching start to children's education. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team from September.
The Role:
* Support class teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences to children aged 5-7
* Assist with classroom management, group activities, and individual support
* Help foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Encourage and support children's social, emotional, and academic development
About You:
* Experience working with Key Stage 1 children or in a similar role
* A genuine love of working with young children and supporting their growth
* Patience, kindness, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
* Willingness to get involved in the wider life of our school community
