Job description
We are working with a well-established primary schools in Leamington Spa that is looking to appoint multiple HLTAs for a September start. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions, so whether you're looking for something steady or a bit more flexible, we want to hear from you.This role requires more than just classroom support-you'll be working across KS1 and KS2, stepping in when needed, supporting teachers, and helping deliver a consistent and structured learning environment.
We're only considering applicants who meet the following criteria:
✅ Hold a recognised HLTA qualification
✅ Have at least 2 years of experience working in UK primary schools
✅ Comfortable working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
✅ Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
We need HLTAs who can take initiative, manage small groups, support whole-class learning, and step up with confidence when required.
