Job description
Aspire People are currently working with a range of different primary schools in Rugby that are looking to recruit multiple HLTAs for September. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and we're looking for experienced, confident professionals who can support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.This isn't just a support role-it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education across the school.
To be considered for these positions, you must meet the following criteria:
✅ Hold a recognised HLTA qualification
✅ Have at least 2 years of experience working in UK primary schools
✅ Be confident supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
✅ Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
We are looking for competent, proactive individuals who are comfortable leading small groups, supporting whole-class teaching, and stepping up when required. We are looking for experience and qualifications.
